Updated Olympus Model with TMU Procedures

Olympus Version 4 Model with Transit Model Update Procedures

This version of the Olympus model includes:

• Modeling procedures from the TMU demo model
• Open road toll modeling procedures from the Olympus version 3 model (not included in the original CRTPA model)
• HOV mode in the Highway Assignment step (not included in the original CRTPA model)
• Updated "warm start" dummy trip tables
• Run time improvements
• Additional reporting features not included in the TMU demo model
• Fixes to bugs in the TMU demo model

The Olympus v4 model supersedes the TMU demo model and can be used by districts as guidance when updating their regional models.
