Changes to Version 6.0 include:

Network: Revise 2000 and 2030 networks to:

• Change parking cost for Culmer Metrorail station to 9999;
• Change ACTIVEFLAG for Culmer Metrorail station to zero; and
• Change ACTIVEFLAG on all KNR-only stations to zero.

Model:

• Remove "spline function" in SERPM 6.0 for 1st wait time estimation;
• Flip two lowermost transit nesting logit coefficients;
• Modify PT2TRNB, NLOGITK and AUTOCON programs; and
• Re-validate mode choice utility constants.
