SERPM 6.5.4

SERPM 6.5.4 incorporates a series of adjustments and improvements to the previous production model, SERPM 6.5.3. This revised model will be used for project planning and other studies at least until the current Regional Long Range Plan Update efforts are concluded and SERPM 7 becomes the adopted and official model. The changes are generally minor, but all are expected to increase the forecasting power of SERPM. Please refer to documents included in \doc folder for details.
