The purpose of this report is to document the existing 2016 daily LOS along major roadways in the five counties within Florida Department of Transportation District Four (FDOT D4): Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River. The 2016 existing LOS are derived for:
This report presents usage of LOS information and summarizes data, methodology, and references utilized to develop LOS and LOS maps of the five counties.
In addition to LOS, this report provides estimated annual average daily traffic (AADT) and number of lanes information of 2016 existing conditions along SIS, SHS, and major non-SHS facilities.
