SE Florida FSUTMS Users Group Meeting Announcement - Winter Meeting

As we enter the next generation of SERPM, the time has arrived to assess how to rearrange the Southeast Florida FSUTMS Users Group s activities to meet members needs. This is consistent with the group s general operating guidelines, which highlights that a review may take place anytime, and it may result in alternative organization format.

The purpose of the December 17, 2010 users group meeting is to review and discuss the formation of a five- to seven-member board to assist the user group. The board s responsibility will include seeking presenters/speakers on topics that would benefit the modeling community. Ideally, the board membership shall include representation from public, private, and academia interests.

At the meeting, discussions of a user group members survey will be included. Some survey items are: meeting format, meeting frequency, and presentation topic. Please note no PDH credits will be available for this meeting.

The meeting location has been changed to District 4 Broward County Ops, North/South Auditorium - 5548 Powerline Road/Northwest 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309
