Northwest Florida Regional Planning Model V2.1
The NWFRPM 2.1 model encompasses western FDOT District 3, stretching from Escambia County to the Apalachicola River, plus Franklin County. The model includes three MPOs: Florida-Alabama TPO, Okaloosa-Walton TPO, and Bay County TPO.
