The Panhandle Transportation Applications and FSUTMS Users' Group resides in the Panhandle of Northwest Florida. We represent sixteen counties, four MPO/TPO Urban areas, and two Planning Councils. Due to the location and distance of the members, we would like to begin scheduling meetings quarterly using the "GotoMeeting" software. We would like to schedule these meetings during and around the lunch hour beginning at 12:30 p.m. EDT and lasting approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Conducting the meetings during this time via the phone should allow more users to participate and network with others in our District. If you would like to participate, please contact Linda Little by email: linda.little@dot.state.fl.us. We look forward to hearing from you.

Citilabs has announced plans to relocate its software development and testing team from Alameda, California, to Tallahassee. The move, to take place during the first quarter of 2010, will allow FDOT to work more closely with the Cube Voyager software developer to implement many of the model enhancements recommended by the Model Task Force. We welcome Citilabs to Tallahassee and look forward to working with them!
